you have to build apartments or strip malls and rent them and you can build apartments or homes for the elderly and rent or sell at what they can afford because there are many not so well off people and you would be helping them and the government might give you tax credits for this or you can build small homes and sell for lower prices helping the poor middle and poor class people! it is a good investment for your future!
